Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase:

• Items must be in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
• The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
• Returned items must show no signs of use.

Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to accept them. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged through improper handling.

Please always ensure your parcel has a tracking number. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of postage with a tracking code is provided. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. A few days after your return is processed, we will refund the amount of your purchase.

Return Procedure:

   Please provide your order number, email address, and the reason for the return. We will process your request as quickly as possible and let you know how to return the item.

2. Return your order
   Send the goods along with the completed return form to the address provided by the customer service. Make sure to use a Track & Trace service. You, as the sender, are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

3. Get your refund
   Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded within 5 days via the same payment method you used.

Returns are always at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

You may only cancel your order within 24h of placing it. After this time, our orders are processed and cancellation is no longer possible.

Received the wrong item or size?

If you received the wrong item or an incorrect size, we will send you the correct one free of charge!

We usually process refunds within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the return.
